Production Stages
01
Timber Selection
Outdoor-resistant iroko and chestnut timber is carefully selected by checking for cracks, warping, knots, and moisture.

Drying & Settling
Selected timber is dried to the appropriate moisture level and left to settle to prevent warping, cracking and shape changes.

Cutting & Shaping
Timber is cut to product dimensions; parts and edge details are prepared according to the seating group, table, gazebo or lounger model.

Sanding & Surface Prep
Surfaces are smoothed with progressive sanding; this both improves the appearance and allows the protective oil to penetrate more evenly.
05
Assembly & Final Check
Parts are joined with sturdy fasteners; shape, balance, surface quality and connection points are checked individually.
06
Protective Oil & Shipping
Wood oil suitable for outdoor use is applied to the surface; after final checks, the product is packaged and made ready for shipping.

Our products are primarily made from solid iroko wood. Our collection also includes options made from chestnut wood. While product features may vary depending on the type of wood used, we offer durable and long-lasting solutions suitable for outdoor use.
Yes. Iroko wood, which is predominantly used in our products, stands out for its natural resistance to sun, rain and seasonal changes. Our models made from chestnut wood in our collection are also suitable for outdoor use. For fabric pieces, we use protective fabrics suitable for outdoor use.
- Natural Resistance: Thanks to the natural oils it contains, it is extremely resistant to moisture, rot, fungus and insects. This makes it ideal for gardens, poolsides and terraces.
- Color That Improves With Age: When first processed, iroko has golden yellow tones. As it comes into contact with sunlight and oxygen, its color gradually darkens into a rich, warm brown. This "aging" process adds a characteristic nobility to the wood.
- High Stability: Thanks to its dense and hard structure (approximately 660 kg/m³), it does not warp or crack with temperature changes. It maintains its form for many years.
- Easy Maintenance: While it can be used naturally, its vibrancy from day one can be maintained with an annual teak oil treatment to preserve its color.
