KVKK — Personal Data Protection

This text has been prepared by Koçak Garden (Önder Mah. Karpuzlu 2 Cad. No: 89/3, Siteler / Altındağ / Ankara) to fulfil the disclosure obligation under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

As the Data Controller, we process your personal data within the framework of KVKK and applicable legislation.

When you contact us or request a quote, your name, phone number, and e-mail address may be processed. This data is processed for the purposes of responding to customer requests, providing information about our products and services, and establishing and performing contractual relationships.

Technical log records may also be generated automatically to maintain the security and performance of our website. This data is not attributable to any specific individual and is used for statistical purposes only.

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent. It may only be shared with authorised public authorities in cases of legal obligation (court orders, prosecutor requests, etc.).

Your data is not transferred abroad.

In accordance with Article 12 of KVKK, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing of, and unlawful access to, your personal data, and to ensure its preservation.

In this context, your data is transmitted through encrypted channels and is protected by technical barriers against unauthorised access.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: to learn whether your personal data has been processed; if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set out in Article 7; to object to results arising solely from automated processing; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests relating to these rights by e-mail to [email protected] or by wet-signed petition to Önder Mah. Karpuzlu 2 Cad. No: 89/3, Siteler / Altındağ / Ankara. Requests will be responded to within thirty days in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK.
